All About Chocolate


Chef Barajas will share chocolate secrets, recipes, and YES, we will indulge on chocolate! During this demo and hands-on class we will: Taste and compare different chocolate covertures (white, milk, dark), learn the secrets to temper chocolate like a pro, and create delicious chocolate confections.
