Description:
Successful completion of this training will result in the MSF RiderCoach Certification.
Participants need to submit an application to Steve Lick @ steve.lick@gmail.com and be accepted prior to joining the class.
All candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Candidates must be 18 years or older.
2. Have a commitment from a sponsor to hire you if you accepted and pass the class.
3. Have a valid driver’s license including a motorcycle endorsement for 1 year.
4. Your personal driving record should not have more than 6 points for moving violations in the last year.
5. Candidates must be physically capable of standing on pavement in various weather conditions for an extended period of time and capable of picking up a motorcycle that is on its side.
6. Candidates must have taken the BRC within the last year.
Candidates should also have these other aspects taken into consideration:
- Actively riding a motorcycle regularly with considerable miles each year.
- Committed to ALL aspects of motorcycle rider and safety education - Including a helmet of 3/4 or full face on the range and following the MSF RiderCoach Rules of Professional Conduct.
- Candidates should have strong presentation skills and be comfortable in front of a small group.
- Candidates should be willing to commit to their sponsor program to a minimum of 4 classes per season for a minimum of three years, and meet the needs of the recommending sponsor in a positive, courteous and professional manner.
