Description:
Determine the participants understanding of the principles, processes and tools presented in the certification program and provide measurable value to the 'sponsor' of the attendee's grasp of lean champion principles. Project facilitators will provide training and guidance on a standardized project reporting system.
Outcomes:
- Plan for and select appropriate implementation projects for a lean program
- Effectively implement a lean program in a value stream
