Culinary Camp for 7th - 9th Graders!

Description:

Do you love to cook? Or maybe you don’t feel comfortable in the kitchen and want to learn new skills? Either way, this camp is for you! During this camp, you will get plenty of hands-on experience learning everything from knife skills to pasta to fresh sauces to baking. Each day, you will sit down to enjoy your hard work (that is, you get to eat everything you make)! You will also learn about different careers in the culinary and hospitality fields (there’s a lot you can do in addition to working in a restaurant); how to balance flavors and textures; what to think about when plating food; and much more! We are excited to see you this summer!

Please note: As a part of this camp, students must receive written approval from their parent or guardian.
