Culinary Bootcamp is an accelerated certification program for individuals interested in food service careers.
The program includes the following modules:
Employability Skills in Food Service
Introduction to Food as Medicine
All sessions will be available online, with the exception of Knife Skills. Knife skills will be offered in small groups (6 people) over 4 sessions (3 hours each).
