Culinary Bootcamp

Description:

Culinary Bootcamp is an accelerated certification program for individuals interested in food service careers.

The program includes the following modules:

  • Employability Skills in Food Service
  • ServSafe Certification
  • Culinary Math
  • Knife Skills
  • Introduction to Food as Medicine

  • All sessions will be available online, with the exception of Knife Skills. Knife skills will be offered in small groups (6 people) over 4 sessions (3 hours each).
