Coach to Manage


4 hours (2 - 2 hour sessions)

Coaching is the leadership skill to leverage in today's workplace. It empowers employees and it gives managers checks and balances on productivity. Coaching can be a transactional interaction between a manager and an employee, or it can be a series of conversations designed to address a significant goal. In these two modules, we will focus on simple, transactional coaching. It's a great place to start.

Coaching I:

Millennials and Gen Zs want to be coached. Many leaders can teach and nearly everyone can delegate, but that ambiguous space between is challenging. That’s where coaching comes in. Learn a basic approach to coaching that builds employee confidence and skill.

Coaching II:

Learn to collaborate with employees to facilitate career development plans. Structure and balance growth assignments, then coach to hold employees accountable.
