Coaching is the leadership skill to leverage in today's workplace. It empowers employees and it gives managers checks and balances on productivity. Coaching can be a transactional interaction between a manager and an employee, or it can be a series of conversations designed to address a significant goal. In these two modules, we will focus on simple, transactional coaching. It's a great place to start.
Millennials and Gen Zs want to be coached. Many leaders can teach and nearly everyone can delegate, but that ambiguous space between is challenging. That’s where coaching comes in.
