Conflict is reality. No two people are truly alike, so why would we all have the same opinion? When you accept that truth, navigating conflict rises to the top among important life skills. In this workshop, we will deconstruct the process of conflict resolution and put it back together to achieve a successful outcome and cordial relationships.

Topics include:
  • Rethinking conflict and managing yourself
  • Choosing an appropriate conflict resolution strategy
  • Maintaining cordiality with the other side
  • Getting (most of) what you need
