Description:
Physical Fitness for Lineworkers and Construction Industry for the Pre-Lineworker Training Program at GRCC.
This program is designed to get students ready for the intensity of the everyday job as a Lineworker. Class will meet for 2 hours. 1 hour will be made up of High Intensity Interval Training and the 2nd hour will be weight lifting. There will be 4 hours of additional homework/workouts assigned each week. These assignments are mandatory and will help each student prepare for the Lineworker physical fitness testing process.
Items you will need:
1. A “CAN DO” ATTITUDE – every time you start this program.
2. Interval timer – a must
3. Floor Matt
4. Writing utensil and workout log
5. Water and towel
