Process understanding / Quality Systems

Description:

Process approach is a foundational concept in Quality Systems. This course will teach participants what is a process, how to identify a process in an organization, and how to control a process. In addition, participants will learn about the ISO9001 standard and how it applies to organizations, how it has been modified for different industries (e.g., Automotive, Aerospace, Medical Device), and how it can drive improvement within an organization.
