Fitness Foundations


This weekly program is designed to promote health by providing opportunities for fitness/wellness.

A variety of aerobic exercise, strength training and other forms of exercise will be used to increase personal fitness. Each session will include 45 minutes of activity.

Registration for this program is limited to 30 participants. Program costs are supplemented by Kent County Senior Millage.

A suggested donation of $3 per session per participant is strongly encouraged.
