Description:
This course teaches participants a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and how it applies to organization. Participants will learn what are the 8 wastes in organization and tools to get rid of the waste.
Some of the tools that will be covered are:
- 5S
- Value Stream Mapping
- 1 piece flow
- Kanban / Pull Systems
- Kaizen
- KPIs
