Description:

Prepare some incredible homemade tacos and pair them with beer from the GRCC Secchia Institute for Culinary Education's own Fountain Hill Brewery. Featuring: Warm Fried Tortillas with Tropical Fruit Salsa, Roasted Corn and Black Bean Salsa, and Fire Roasted Salsa; Chicken Pepian Tacos (Guatemalan Mole Tacos) with Avocado Salsa Verda and Tomato Salsa; Sesame Corn Tortillas with Crispy Tempura, Fried Shrimp, Carrot Cucumber Slaw, and Teriyaki Glaze; Black Pepper Flour Tortillas with Crispy BBQ Pork Belly and Fresh Bing Cherry Chutney; Hibiscus Corn Tortillas with Grilled Farmers Cheese, Fresh Avocado and Grape Tomato Jam; Spicy Chorizo Potato Puffy Tacos with Fried Egg, Guacamole, and Roasted Tomatillo Salsa; Navajo Fry Bread with Powdered Sugar, Chili Chocolate Sauce and Agave Bourbon Caramel.
