I guarantee you can reproduce these at home too, so join me in celebrating a fun-filled Mexicali evening!
Pozole, Chalupas, Mole Poblano, Chiles en Nogada, Rajas Poblanas, Molotes, Tlacoyos (a street food snack that wraps fresh masa around mashed beans with fragrant salsas, onion and queso fresco) and more.
