Description:

Vietnamese food is inspired by many elements, as well as French and Chinese influences, but it is the marriage of spicy, sour, bitter, salty and sweet in many of its dishes that make it so incredibly aromatic, inspiring and delicious. Flavors of lemongrass, ginger, fish sauce, lime, chilies, mint, coriander, cinnamon, Thai basil, shrimp paste and soy sauce are some of the few that blast their way – in a most delightful way – onto your palate! Join us as we recreate some of my favorites: Pho, Crispy Scallion Pancakes, several savory noodle dishes, Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Healthy Shrimp and Vegetable Filled Garden Rolls, my version of the iconic Bahn Mi Sandwich, Vietnamese Coffee Ice Cream, and more!
