Description:

This course is designed to utilize an 8-step problem solving process with emphasis on selecting the proper and applicable tools for each step. Many organizations are having the same problems today that they have had for many years. People begin to believe that the problems are inherent in their industry or that there is nothing that can be done to eliminate them. In this course, tools are presented that can be used with each step to ensure success in root cause identification, elimination of root cause and effective corrective action.
